Bir önceki yazıda ASM diskgroup’ una assign edilmiş olan bir diski nasıl drop edeceğimiz den bashetmiştik. (http://www.kamilturkyilmaz.com/2015/05/23/asm-diskgroup%E2%80%99-una-eklenmis-olan-bir-diski-drop-etmek/) Şimdi ise Asm üzerinde create edilmiş olan ve asm tarafından manage edilebilir durumda olan bir diskgroup’ u nasıl drop edebiliriz ona bakalım ;
Öncelikle hangi diskgroup larımız var ona bakalım ;

Bir diskgroup silerken opsiyonel olarak including content parametresini (defaultta contents bilgisi silinmez) kullanırsanız o disk group içerisindeki tüm file’ leri de silecektir. Drop etmeye çalıştığınız disk group içerisindeki bir file oracle tarafından kullanıyor ise o diskgroup’ u size drop ettirmeyecektir. Eğer diskgroup’ umuzu mount edemiyorsanız ancak drop etmek istiyorsanız da mutlaka force opsiyonunu kullanmanız gerekecektir. (force opsiyonunu kullanmadan önce mutlaka çok iyi düşünmenizi öneririm.)
ASM’ e assign edilmiş olan diskleri ASM_DISKGROUPS initial parametresinde de check edebiliriz;

Şimdi daha önceden ASM’ e atanmış olan /dev/asmtest/asm002p1 diskgroup’ unu drop etmeye çalışalım;

Önce kaybettiğimiz diskgroup içerisinde yer alan datafile ‘ i offline’ a çekiyoruz;

Son olarak drop edilen disk group’ u eğer resource’ lardan da çıkartmaz iseniz srvctl ile database ‘ i yönetemezsiniz. Size ;
